Shipping & Invoice Data: We process carrier invoice files (UPS, FedEx) that you upload, which may include tracking numbers, shipment details, service types, package dimensions, charges, and delivery addresses.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized usage statistics.
